Detroit

A while back I went to Detroit for mine and Blake's business venture. It was absolutely amazing!!!! Blake stayed home with the kids so I could go and I heard they had a blast. I enjoyed my time there so much. It helped me get a better grasp of what we are in this for. I didn't not take a whole lot of pictures cause I was too busy writing notes, but it was great!!!


We were at the Joe Louis Arena. That is where they play Red Wings hockey.


Here is a picture just as I was coming out of the arena. That is Canada right across Michigan River (I think that is what it was called)


Here is a shot of the people mover. For only 50 cents you can ride that thing all day. It loops around in a circle of downtown. It was a little noisy, but it was all kinds of fun! The first night we were there, there was a Tigers baseball game (again, I think that was the team's name) so the people mover was packed!

All in all it was a fabulous trip. I miss my husband and kids, but it was well worth it. Besides, they love you more when you leave them for a little while.
