Bakini Bread

A little over a month ago, my neighbor's garden was over-flowing with zucchini. So they gave me a huge one. My kids have been bugging me to make bread for a while, so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to do so. So I made this.


And since I had more I also made muffins with it. The kids thought I was the greatest mother ever to not only make bread, but also muffins.

The title though comes from this boy. He went around asking for bakini bread (pronounced like bikini but with a short a sound instead). So here is my boy enjoying some bakini muffins.
