is that not a keyhole slot on the back? just slip the frame over the head of a nail (or screw) and adjust it laterally till it's straight. just make sure the nail stays in the groove and doesn't come out the other side. to do this you could jam paper (or some other object) into a hole on one end.
if it's not a keyhole slot then, was there any mounting hardware in the package? you could be missing a piece.
As it turns out, I am retarded. Blake said to hang it just the way Jared described but the problem I had with that was, why are there two holes? So I thought you must need two nails, but then how do you get them both in the slot? So I am retarded. Thanks everyone for clearing that up. The chart will now be hung.

You go get one of those picture hanging kits and attach a real hanging device to the back. Yike who could work with that?
