So naturally we had to do our fair share of this just to get out.
The kids thought it was great because they had school cancelled, so they invited some friends over to play in the snow. They buried Sierra.......
made snow angels.......
had a snowball fight.....
after Blake made the snow hill they went sledding......(Thanks Dad!!! He makes the best hills)
with all the cold they needed a lot of kleenex
then they came in and had hot chocolate to warm up.
So then on Wednesday they cancelled school again because the roads were not clear enough (we don't us salt here), and we got another 4-5 inches of snow to dig out of.
Then this morning we woke up to this......
Another 8 inches!!! Yikes!!! And another day of cancelled school. It is beginning to look like we are going to have three weeks of Christmas vacation instead of just two. I am a bite sore from all that digging. But the good news is that we should have a bit of a break and warmer weather for the next couple of days. WAHOO!!!!!

that is awesome. that snow is on it's way here. they are calling for 15cm tomorrow to go with the 7cm we got earlier this week.
Ya I know what you mean Digging out I was out there to day with about 4" ofsnow to remove and everyones back is going to hurt. i know mine does!
It looks so fun from here in my warm house. I can tell the children and having a blast!
